Starting new!

I'm starting my diet again first thing tomorrow. Hello to thinking about points 24/7!

Wednesday, April 21st I went in for a doctors appointment. I was 35 weeks (almost starting my 9th month) pregnant. I had an ultrasound when my doctor couldn't find her heartbeat. Just 12 days before she was alive, kicking and giving us the finger at our previous ultrasound. I delivered my still baby girl that night at 11:59pm. She was 4lbs 2.8oz and 17 1/4 inches long. She was beautiful.

Since that day, I've lost 25lbs already. But I'll take my starting weight as of tomorrow.

It is my 100% goal to get as healthy as I can before my doctor gives us the green light to start trying again. My first goal is to get below 350 so that I can be weighed in at the doctors office.

Throughout my whole pregnancy I had to verbally tell her my weight, from what I weighed that morning at my house. I believe, (because I don't remember where I started) that I only gained 15 lbs thoughout my pregnancy. That's not that bad at all.

I hope, that by starting my diet again. I can get my mind off of losing my daughter. I never want to forget, because she was beautiful, but keeping my mind busy with other things going on will hopefully help.
